katie and parks were married in march on one of the first nice days we have had in what feels like years. It was a beautiful day for a wedding in the East Village. The fun part was they actually got married in my studio. It was a perfect setting as it overlooks downtown. Parks (Matt) was on crutches all day due to a broken foot. Somehow this felt right. You see, when they got engaged, Katie was suffering from a broken hand so it was only fate that there would be a cast of some sort involved in the wedding day.
Congratulations on your wedding. It was so much fun to photograph! I will always remember the way that Katie looks at Parks. It is one of the most pure and beautiful things I have ever seen.
