katelyn + colby ~ des moines wedding photographer

What fun!! I just adore katelyn and colby. If I could clone Katelyn, i would. She is such a joy to be around with an infectious smile and a natural beauty. I am pretty sure she put on lip gloss for the first time in her life at her wedding, and as you will see below she is stunning. Just to review, when katelyns mom was pregnant i gave her a teddy bear to give to her new baby. That new baby was katelyn and she still has the bear. I wish she would have brought it to the wedding! Anywho, flash forward a couple decades (and then some) and katelyn is getting married. She happens to email me, unknowing that i was the same paige who gave her the teddy bear. Such a thrill to be a part of this day, what a small, beautiful world we all live in. Sweet Katelyn was so fun the day of her wedding, she forgot four, maybe five things she was to bring to the church but there wasn’t any stress, it was all laughs and lots of love.
